Shipping

1. Shipping Methods We Offer:

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Tailoring time + Shipping Time

Standard receiving time (Time you pay successfully) = Tailoring time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping time (around 2-10 days).

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

Return

For the same wedding party, we suggest that you order all bridesmaid dresses at once.
If your bridesmaids are placing orders separately, please let us know that they are from the same wedding party. Thus, we will cut all dresses from the same fabric roll to ensure the color is exactly the same. Otherwise, we can't promise that the color will be exactly the same. Because different batches of fabrics will have a little color difference.

1. Order Cancellation

Our dresses are all made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. So when customer cancels the order, we need to charge part of the materials fee. Hope you can understand this. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy
-Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it. 
-Order canceled within 24 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 90% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 24 to 48 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 70% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation beyond 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 20% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us for help. 

If you want to change size or color after payment.

Please contact us 24 hours after payment. If the dress is already in the making process, and you want to change size or color, the extra cost would be charged. 

 

2. Order Exchange

If we make a wrong dress, we will accept exchange or refund. But If the customer wants to exchange for personal reasons (such as not liking the dress, buying the wrong size or color), we do not accept exchanges. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell them again even if they are returned.

If you buy the wrong color or size dress and want to re-order, we can give you a large discount coupon. We highly suggest you choose the size and color carefully.

 

3. Order Return

We will accept return or refund if we made the wrong dress. Customers need to send us pictures of the dress to prove we made the wrong dress.

We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size or color you gave us. And we do not accept returns for try-order. If you just need one dress, please DO NOT order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell them again even if they are returned.

For accessories, we do not accept returns. Please note accessories are final sale.

All dresses made by hand work, although we can’t be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided (such as frills or wrinkles). It is best to order multiple bridesmaid dresses together. If multiple dresses are ordered separately, they may have a little color difference, which is an unavoidable situation of fabric dyeing.

Please carefully follow our return guide: 
1. Contact us in 2 days after you receive the items. 
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies to the size, incorrect style, and color, etc. 
3. Item must be returned in 1-15 days upon delivery date. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise, we will refuse the return. 
4. Please fold the dress inside out. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

Custom made- well made, beautiful dress.

I had my dress custom made for a cruise I'm going on- Black and White evening. It's lovely. Really well made, great finishes to seams and attention to detail, and lovely weighty fabrics and lining. The white lace is really pretty. I'm a plus size and 178cm tall and the dress is really flattering, and the sleeves fit beautifully. I
I'm really looking forward to wearing the dress on my upcoming holiday and am considering getting another one made before we travel. I'd recommend this dress to anyone.

Beautiful and Flattering

I love this dress. It fit fairly well. I am in between sizes but tried on the 20W. The design felt slimming for my figure with the way the embroidered flowers go down to the waist, nearly perfect. This was a runner up for my daughters wedding. I just went a different direction. Material felt quality and very comfortable on.

Perfection for mother of the bride.

The challenge I faced was that my daughter decided to get married outdoors on Mother's Day in South Central Texas. She wanted mother of the bride and mother-in-law to wear long, black dresses. I didn't know where to start. This dress was a lifesaver. The material was very light and easy to wear in scorching Texas heat. The long split helped. It actually gave me extra air and looked elegant without looking tacky as a mother of the bride. It ran about true to size according to the size chart, which was perfect because I needed the length. I am 5'11. I expected it to be a bit large in the body because of that and it was. I just had a friend who is a seamstress take in the sides under the armpit area a bit. The white on the top was just the right amount. Not competing with the bride but also softening a long black dress for a mother of the bride and a spring wedding. The additional challenge was that I had a mastectomy 6 weeks before the wedding. I was able to play around with undergarments and the lace really hides a lot of imperfection when you're not ready to show that in photographs. I strongly recommend this dress. I do wish they would sell long lengths which would have allowed me to order my own size and not have to have the bodice taken in a bit, but thats been a lifelong struggle.

Well made

Ordered this as a prom dress try on. Was a size too big (I ordered two sizes in different dresses for try on). She really liked the dress, but wished it was sleeveless.
