1. Shipping Methods We Offer:

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Tailoring time + Shipping Time

Standard receiving time (Time you pay successfully) = Tailoring time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping time (around 2-10 days).

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

Return

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Red and Gorgeous

This was a fabulous out fit. received somany compliments. I was look speciql , I bought a UK size 14 won to a gala night event and looked fabulous and classic in it. fits perfectly, size was excellent fit ,no adjustment needed. Certainly will recommend this beautiful dress. material too had a gorgeous feel. bought the red colour and the style is so flattering. 👌 simply beautiful

Amazing dress!

Absolutely perfect sizing. Bought white for my wedding. So great to have a perfect fit dress since I'm not size 2. Better than anything at the bridal shops and less expensive!

Beautiful Dress for Plus Size Women, but White Breast Cup Inserts are Weird

This dress is beautiful, especially in Navy Blue. it has lots of lace and a few sequins for embellishment. there are 6 layers for the skirt, so it has a little bit of weight and shape to it. i am 5'5, 280lb, Bust 51", Waist 45". Rather than do a custom size, i ordered a size 24W since this almost perfectly matched my measurements and I would still have the option to return it if I didn't like it. When the dress arrived, it fit comfortably. i think they must add some extra allowance. The standard hollow to hem length of this dress in size 24W is 61", which was about 6 inches too long for me, so I had to have the length altered.

I took it to a local bridal shop. They fitted the sleeves, hemmed the 5 inner layers and kept the outer most layer (with all the lace) long so it could add some drama. They added a bustle so that I could pin up the outer layer to dance. lastly, they had to replace the breast cup inserts because the ones the dress comes with are white rather than nude colored. I am one of the most pale people and the white cups still didn't look right on me. The dress would be a lot better if it came with either a more natural skin tone insert or an insert that matches the color of the dress.

Another thing to consider is that the breast pads are not a replacement for a good bra. the dress alone does not support breasts. i wore mine with a nude colored Torrid XO Plunge Push-up bra. Overall, this is a stunning dress for its price. It is a very flattering option for plus size women. But definitely expect to spend some money on alterations so that it can fit you in the most flattering way possible.

Can't wait for my black wedding dress

So excited to get this in black! I was so in between sizes so I order the try on. it fit very well, will need some specific tailoring but and so happy with it!!!
