Shipping

1. Shipping Methods We Offer:

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Tailoring time + Shipping Time

Standard receiving time (Time you pay successfully) = Tailoring time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping time (around 2-10 days).

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

Return

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Gorgeous

Style and quality is great. Dress is absolutely beautiful. Love the sweetheart neckline. Perfect fit. Only thing I didn’t like was the sleeves were a little too snug, the lace is not stretchy.

Beautiful dress

We ordered this dress last year as a try on dress for my sister for my wedding. We ordered the next size down but it's still a bit tight for her. We love the dress so we are now going to order the bigger size. The colour is beautiful and matches my theme perfectly

I absolutely loved wearing this dress as a bridemaid for my friends wedding last summer! It was true to size and even was able to stretch a little if needed. The shade of blue was perfect--Now I really want to buy more colors. :) I would recommend JJs to anyone who has a wedding coming up. These dresses are of high quality!

Well made dress

It can be nerve-wracking buying a dress online, but rest assured that JJ's House are a reliable distributor. I placed two large orders - everything for myself the Bride, and my Bridal party. The Bridesmaids gowns were a mix of custom fit or standard sizing. My gown was a custom fit. It was a little large but that's because I have lost weight since providing my measurements, so I think they good at matching custom measurements or err slightly on the larger size, which is perfect as it is easier to alter a dress to fit from a little larger to a little smaller than the other way around. This was one of the bridesmaids dresses and was standard sizing. Apologies for the poor quality photos, and also it is a bit large on me as it wasn't made for me. The lace area around the neckline will need a little trim as it is a bit rough, but that is the only flaw with this dress. It is well-made and looks lovely.
We live in crazy times! Their production and shipping timeframes would have been accurate, were it not for the Coronavirus and total lockdown in China at the time. It pushed out the production and delivery, but JJ's House were extremely helpful in answering all my enquiries and gave accurate updates on delivery as available. They even put a rush on things when I mentioned my wedding date was fast approaching. So given the circumstances, and the price tag, the quality is remarkably good. Thank you JJ's House!
