Shipping

1. Shipping Methods We Offer:

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Tailoring time + Shipping Time

Standard receiving time (Time you pay successfully) = Tailoring time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping time (around 2-10 days).

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

Return

For the same wedding party, we suggest that you order all bridesmaid dresses at once.
If your bridesmaids are placing orders separately, please let us know that they are from the same wedding party. Thus, we will cut all dresses from the same fabric roll to ensure the color is exactly the same. Otherwise, we can't promise that the color will be exactly the same. Because different batches of fabrics will have a little color difference.

1. Order Cancellation

Our dresses are all made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. So when customer cancels the order, we need to charge part of the materials fee. Hope you can understand this. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy
-Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it. 
-Order canceled within 24 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 90% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 24 to 48 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 70% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation beyond 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 20% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us for help. 

If you want to change size or color after payment.

Please contact us 24 hours after payment. If the dress is already in the making process, and you want to change size or color, the extra cost would be charged. 

 

2. Order Exchange

If we make a wrong dress, we will accept exchange or refund. But If the customer wants to exchange for personal reasons (such as not liking the dress, buying the wrong size or color), we do not accept exchanges. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell them again even if they are returned.

If you buy the wrong color or size dress and want to re-order, we can give you a large discount coupon. We highly suggest you choose the size and color carefully.

 

3. Order Return

We will accept return or refund if we made the wrong dress. Customers need to send us pictures of the dress to prove we made the wrong dress.

We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size or color you gave us. And we do not accept returns for try-order. If you just need one dress, please DO NOT order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell them again even if they are returned.

For accessories, we do not accept returns. Please note accessories are final sale.

All dresses made by hand work, although we can’t be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided (such as frills or wrinkles). It is best to order multiple bridesmaid dresses together. If multiple dresses are ordered separately, they may have a little color difference, which is an unavoidable situation of fabric dyeing.

Please carefully follow our return guide: 
1. Contact us in 2 days after you receive the items. 
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies to the size, incorrect style, and color, etc. 
3. Item must be returned in 1-15 days upon delivery date. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise, we will refuse the return. 
4. Please fold the dress inside out. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

Nice dress for any occasion

This is a very cute dress. I'm 5'4 142# I ordered this dress in a us size 10 as a try on. It actually fit real nice and came just below my knees. But then I went to raise my arms and that didn't work to well. The way the cap sleeves are made it doesn't allow give to raise my arm's but again this is just a try on so that can be fixed with an actual ordered for you dress. But overall it's a great dress.

Gorgeous Lace

This is definitely a quality dress. I'm 5'6 and weigh 156 pounds. 36C bra size. I ordered the TRY dress but they didn't have my Size 14 size available so I'm wearing a 12 here. (And yes it's a blow to up size but those measurements are accurate for the sizing of the dress. I'm normally a size 8/10 dress size). The size 12 smashed my boobs but the waist was perfect. It has built-in cups which may or may not work in your favor. I didn't end up getting the dress because they no longer sell it in my size and in the color I need. I do wish the sleeves were just a bit longer to hide the arm fat! I really appreciate seeing dresses on real people so sharing my photos so sorry about the messy room and less than enthusiastic face! Good luck finding your perfect dress.
