Shipping

1. Shipping Methods We Offer:

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Tailoring time + Shipping Time

Standard receiving time (Time you pay successfully) = Tailoring time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping time (around 2-10 days).

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

Return

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Just like the picture

It's beautiful! Looks just like the picture. I am eloping in 2 weeks so I took a chance. It was delivered in the time frame they gave me. It is a tiny bit big but I can make it work. I am almost exactly a 6 according to their size guide. It is a couple of inches big in the waist. I bought a rhinestone belt to go with it so I'll cinch it up. Also, most dresses are way to big for me in the arm holes, making me unable to lift my arms. I took a chance and it fits pretty well. It's a little big in the arm holes but not too bad. It helps that the arms are mesh. All in all if this style looks good on you you will be pleased with this purchase.

Amazing

Made my special day even more perfect than I could have ever imagined. The only thing was: I got it custom fitted and somehow the measurements were completely off. It was WAY too big.

Dream dress

The dress came a few days after ordering it, well ahead of estimated arrival. I was a bit worried not have trying on any of the dresses how it would fit but was true to size as I had done my own measurements. And when it arrived I was even more in love with it, was beautiful quality and got compliments from everyone. Truly made my day more magical!

Magnifique robe

Robe magnifique et cette fois-ci c'est la bonne pour moi. J'ai essayé 3 robes mais soit la taille n'allait pas soit le model. Cette fois ci et la taille et le model sont parfaits. Je l'ai prise en essayage pour avoir la reduction sur la vente finale et la robe n'a vraiment aucun défaut. donc ne pas hésiter à prendre les robes d'essayage. elle taille grande voire très grande. Mes mesures correspondent à un 38 sur le sites et finalement c'est la robe en 34 qui me va comme un gant. Merci beaucoup à JJs pour leur patience et d'avoir accepté les nombreux retours.
