Shipping

1. Shipping Methods We Offer:

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Tailoring time + Shipping Time

Standard receiving time (Time you pay successfully) = Tailoring time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping time (around 2-10 days).

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

Return

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Pretty in Pink

I like that this dress had sheer long sleeves. I liked how it flowed and fit. It would be really great if this dress had pockets. I like the way it fit at the bust and waist area.

My favorite

Weirdly enough I feel like this is more flattering on bigger women but still cute. It’s comfortable and I think a winner on all 4 of us bridesmaids. Some said it kind of looks like an Amish dress but I thought it was so beautiful. I loved the waste and material!

Fits to Size, Well Made, and Comfortable

My bridesmaids all ordered this dress made to size with their measurements. It came in a very timely manner and upon receiving the dresses we are very happy with how well they fit them, how well they are made, and they are comfortable in the dresses. I would recommend spending the extra money to get the dress made to size it seemed to have been worth it.

Timely Delivery & Easy to Return

I'm a bride and I ordered a try on dress for one of my bridesmaids. My order came in a very timely manner and the return process was also very easy and well communicated.

Overall, I found the quality to the dress to be very satisfactory and well made. The only negative was that the dress was way bigger in all regards (length, bodice, sleeves, etc.) compared to the measurements we had taken of my bridesmaids and the sizing chart. We expected it to be too long but it was surprising how different the top fit than what we expected from using the sizing chart. However, since this was just a try on dress this wasn't too much of a problem and we are getting the correct size now.

Overall Good, but I ordered the wrong size

These are just regular polyester dresses, but they get the job done. The sizing for these is giving me a headache, can't seem to get it right. Long torso, small chest, wide shoulders/ rib cage- you get the picture. A couple comments on the fit. The curve of the seam in front of the breast starts pretty high. If you also have a long torso, you might find that this dress sits too high on your chest. Also, a bit nitpicky, but those seams in front of the chest weren't completely symmetrical, height of the curve in the seams had about 1 cm difference. The pleating at the front disguised it a little at least.
