Shipping

1. Shipping Methods We Offer:

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Tailoring time + Shipping Time

Standard receiving time (Time you pay successfully) = Tailoring time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping time (around 2-10 days).

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

Return

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Beautiful wedding dress

This was a beautiful wedding dress, everyone loved it. I ordered custom made. The dress is identical to size 12, I'm just a bit shorter (169cm). Tailor had to adjust the back top of the dress as it was bulging a bit. The dress is a bit warm as it has many layers and it was a bit uncomfortable and itchy. But all in all I enjoyed our day and the dress looked lovely.

I suggest you buy a size biggar as I bought a 16 but it ended up too small

It's sooo beautiful!

it came today. it's exactly as described. it fits like it was made for me. I bought a regular 16W. It even fits my arms, which was my worry!

Beautiful dress, much better made than I expected, great details with heavy duty (but pretty) zipper, I could probably do cartwheels in this if I could do cartwheels!

The lace us gorgeous and the blush (as pictured) underlining is EXACTLY what I hoped for!

JJs Never Disappoints!

This dress BLEW ME AWAY.

I was skeptical, as anyone is buying clothing online, but this dress is very well made, good quality, and I would absolutely recommend buying it if you are on the fence. The top is well ribbed so you do not need a bra (I am a 42E) and the dress itself is 4 layers of good quality fabric. The fabric is heavy (may not be the best word to describe) enough that it falls and flows beautifully. You will look and feel feel like a princess! I received so many compliments on the dress and how unique it is.

I ordered the size 20 and was worried that may impact the look and overall quality of the dress, but I was WRONG. I would however recommend ordering down a size. Based on my measurements I should have ordered the 22 but I took a chance and the 20 fit me perfectly.

The dress arrived 3 weeks and 2 days after the date of purchase! 11/10 would and have bought from JJ's House again!
