1. Shipping Methods We Offer:

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Tailoring time + Shipping Time

Standard receiving time (Time you pay successfully) = Tailoring time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping time (around 2-10 days).

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

Return

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Stunning dress

My daughter got this dress for her school ball, she looked absolutely stunning, I cannot comment enough on how beautiful this dress is, the shimmer, the colour how it flows when you walk. My daughter got many compliments on this dress, one friend said it was their favourite dress of the night.

Lovely gown!

Airy lightweight organza, took about an hour to steam out. organza just shimmers beautifully. Might add some bling to the waist. Built in crinoline is nice but we might add another one for a full ball gown look.

Simple but stunning gown

We've been looking for organza so we were excited to find this one. Took a good hour to steam out but it's so worth it. Seems lightweight even though there's a ton of material. she loves it 💕

PERFECT base for my dream gown

I wanted a pink ball down with horsehair edges. I went with blushing pink. My seamstress brought my vision to life. The quality is good. The construction needed help. The bottom is pretty much unaltered.

I loved it! A lengthy Review!

This is a long thorough review

I'm 5'3/160cm 
Taino Puerto Rican+Dominican

Bust: 45in/114cm  Waist: 39in/99cm
Hip: 49in/124cm   Shoulder: 21in/53cm
Weight: 195lbs/87kg

I ordered Size 18W in color Black
(The sizing came out perfect)

Shipping:
I ordered the dress on October 15 2022 and it arrived 10 days later on October 25th it came so much faster then I thought it would. But I also didn't order it with alterations from the site/app directly.

Alterations Made:
I got the dress altered a little under the arms for a good fitting because I had some spacing and I also got the under top layer toul removed so it wasn't too poofy since I am curvy already with tall hips.

Wrinkles/Steaming:
It needs to be steamed/pressed to get the wrinkles out since the dress is so layered. I tried steaming it with the shower it got out a lot but not enough in time.

Straps/Corset back:
The straps are small/skinny and the clips can slip out the adjustment sometimes so you might have to stop to adjust them as you wear it, I had to about three times after about 3 or 4 hours of wearing it. But the straps supported my breasts well, I thought I would need tape but I didn't need them and I'm a DD. Plus i was dancing and everything with it on.(The cha cha slide, wobble, cupid shuffle, bachata etc) The corset in the back is wonderful too, it isn't painful or anything and I had mine tight, it was really comfortable, stayed perfectly snug all night. You just need someone to help tie it up when you put the dress on. There is a zipper as well which is nice.

I also had to put the dress on over my head since my hips are wider then the top

This dress is so pretty, it's heavy and long so you must pick it up when walking, I wore it to a military ball. I had one of the biggest dresses there and the only one wearing black and I received a lot of compliments. I wish I took more pictures of the length since I am on the short side.
